We want to develop & complete each project that benefits to our clients as well we will be proud of, and we want to travel this journey together with you.

We have trained and created high performing competitive teams in international yacht racing arena and we are a performance coach consulting group.

Who We are

Our founder Tiger Mok has extensive experience in retail strategy, business operations and international yachting competitions, as well based and worked in multiple continents such as Europe, Asia and Japan.

Retail industry: Crafting retail strategy to stay ahead on fast changing retail arena.

Manufacturing: re-shaping manufacturing operation to reduce lead-time & yield loss.

Business operation: process flow mapping and analysis, design and implement systems to streamline operations to repeatedly deliver desired results.

Team developing & management: motivate & align team members goal with the team and to compete in international yachting competitions.

Our Founder also graduated in Macquarie University in Sydney for Master of Business Administration (MBA), trained in Theory of Constraints (TOC) as well Six Sigma methodology for process improvement.
